Boat security
Any yacht owner knows that an adequate “state of condition” the same as “vigilance” of the critical navigation devices of the vessel are essential aspects to ensure a satisfactory and pleasurable experience out at sea. An oil leak, a loss of pressure in the coolant, a restricted level of the flow of fuel to the engine can cause a situation of real crisis while the user is navigating. It is necessary, therefore, to guarantee the security on board.
Permanent vigilance
The user will know its position, speed, and consumption and he will be able to visualize and establish a precise monitoring of the movement of the vessel. The positions will be displayed conveniently on Navionics cartography or Google Earth maps, where he will be able to determine which security information he wish to establish about them. For example, in case the vessel enters or leaves its predefined area of navigation.
Fire Hazard Control
The user will receive an alarm, in case of smoke detection on board, which could indicate the presence of fire.
Alarm prevention
The user will be able to define alarms about any information or conditions on board and plan necessary maintenance jobs.
Access Control
The user will receive an alarm in the case that an intruder accedes to his vessel.
A remote monitor
The user will know how the engines are and if batteries have been conveniently charged. He will know the levels of its fuel and water tanks.
Alarm prevention The user will be able to define alarms about any information or conditions on board and plan necessary maintenance jobs.
Programmed maintenance
All information will be registered on data records which can later be processed to have real knowledge of each device status on board (engines, batteries, pumps), its reliability and durability to determine adequate plans of maintenance and replacement.
Permanent vigilance: The boat will have constant vigilance 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
